Job Centre Plus - Benefit Fraud

We're Closing In!

Benefit Fraud - Report The Thief!

Job Centre Plus UK Supports
The Department for Work and Pensions

What is benefit fraud?
Benefit Fraud is when someone deliberately withholds information which affects their current claim. It is stealing. That's why the Job Centre Plus UK is fully behind the Department for Work and Pensions Benefit Thief Campaign.

So what's the situation?
The fact is, whilst most people who claim benefits and entitlements are honest, decent people, there are a percentage of people out there who claim and steal money from our systems, which our taxpayers have paid in. Whilst this money is being stolen by these people, it could be going towards a better cause such as a family who are struggling with a disabled child, or towards families who are in need of more income, we could even issue more money to elderly people who deserve those Cold Winter Payments!

How much?!
In 2007-2008 benefit thieves stole an estimated £800,000,000 from public funds, and that is why the Job Centre Plus UK website and Department for Work and Pensions are determined to catch them.

Making a Stand!
With over 3,000 investigators, over 600 calls a day to the hotline and 2,000 thieves reported through the website each day, you can guarantee that we're closing in! If you want to put a stop to the theft, and save Public Funds for future use, then do not hold back. After all, it is your money they are stealing!

What Can I Do?
You can call us in complete confidentially, or report the offending person(s) online. It is really simple, no hassle and no identity has to be taken.
